Orchera, operated by Ahmed Ayman Ahmed Fouad Hamam, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit pack and subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the app and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
